What are your rates?

We have a $225 minimum charge per job. We offer flat rate pricing for most multi day projects based on the scope of work. For smaller jobs or jobs with an uncertain scope of work, we charge by 1/4 day, half day, and full day. Rates can vary depending on location, type of work performed, and length of the job.

Who will be doing the work?

Christian performs most of the handyman jobs, although certain jobs may require more than 1 person or will require a subcontractor, if this is the case we will let you know beforehand.
